To ensure greater objectivity and validity of the decision-making on accreditation of educational organizations, the IQAA has established an Appeals Commission, which considers appeals on decisions of institutional or program accreditation, which is adopted by the Accreditation Council. The decision on the appeal is made in accordance with the regulations.
The Appeal Commission considers appeals of educational organizations received in writing on an official letterhead signed by the Head of the educational organization addressed to the President of the agency at the address: 010000, Astana, Dostyk str. 20, office 801, which is registered in the log of incoming information and transmitted to the Chairman of the Appeal Commission. Oral appeals are not accepted.
If the appeal contains issues that fall under the complaints procedure, the Appeals Commission refers these issues to the Complaints Commission for consideration.
All cases of appeal are carefully considered by the Appeal Commission, on which prompt decisions are made.
