Chairman of the IQAA Supervisory Board Kulekeyev J.A. Awarded the Order of Barys, 2nd Class

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev dated January 20, 2026, “On Awarding State Honors of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Chairman of the IQAA Supervisory Board, Zhaksybek Abdrakhmetovich Kulekeyev , was awarded the high state honor — the Order of Barys Second Class for his significant contribution to the socio-economic and public development of the country.

Zhaksybek Abdrakhmetovich is a public figure, former Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the National Kurultai under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Center for Analysis and Monitoring of Socio-Economic Reforms of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Board of Directors — Independent Director of JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan,” Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC “KazMunayGas,” and Scientific Supervisor of LLP “Center for Applied Economics Research.”
