On 31 August 2021 Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) and the British Council held a meeting. The British Council (BC), which has been operating in Kazakhstan since 1994, is one of the leading international organizations in the country that promotes exchange of experience and strengthening mutual understanding between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtaining high-quality education and internationally recognized qualifications for young people.
During the meeting, President of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) Prof. Sh. Kalanova, Country Director of the British Council in Kazakhstan Eric Lawrie and Head of Educational and Social Programs Nadia Trubova discussed current issues of cooperation in the field of transnational higher education, including its quality assurance.
