The Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) took part in the KazDual Consortium Meeting on “Implementing Dual System in Kazakhstan” held on 7th of October 2021.
It is a three-year project co-funded by the Capacity Building in Higher Education Erasmus+ program. The broad goal of the project is to improve the competencies of higher education graduates in Kazakhstan through pilot programs following a dual system according to the needs of employers. The project also aims to develop standards and criteria for program accreditation of dual educational programs with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and propose amendments to legislation and regulations for the adaptation of dual higher education in the country.
The webinar was conducted through the ZOOM online platform. The participants of the meeting, both national and international partners, discussed issues related to the current and upcoming activities of the project, and also agreed on further work plans.
