The event was attended by Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament Maulen Ashimbayev, Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament Yerlan Koshanov, Secretary of State Yerlan Karin, Head of the Presidential Administration Murat Nurtleu, Minister of Justice Kanat Musin and members of the Working Group, including Professor, Doctor of Law of M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University, Chairman of the Accreditation Council at IQAA Udartsev Sergey Fedorovich.
In his speech, the Head of State stressed that in order to implement the political initiatives outlined in the Address, it is necessary to make amendments and additions to the Constitution. The Head of State pointed out the important role of amendments related to ensuring human rights, and also separately dwelled on the need to resolve the issue of land ownership, which is fundamentally important for society and the state.
