Online Seminar of the Global Academic Integrity Network (GAIN) on 5 November 2025

On 5 November 2025 , IQAA participated in an international online seminar organized by the Global Academic Integrity Network (GAIN), which focused on the use of artificial intelligence and its impact on academic integrity in higher education. Representatives of universities and accreditation agencies from various countries also took part in the seminar.

The event presented research findings on the effectiveness of AI detection tools, as well as the risks and ethical considerations associated with their use. Special attention was given to the role of universities in fostering a culture of academic integrity and to the importance of developing transparent policies for the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process.
