From April 28-29, 2016 in Budapest, Hungary there was a holding of the 6th ENQA Member’s Forum. This Forum was organized in cooperation with the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (HAC).
In the beginning of the Forum, the welcoming speech was delivered by the ENQA President Padraig Walsh and President of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (HAC) Ervin Balázs. In the framework of the programme for the first day, participants discussed the issues concerning various quality assurance approaches in higher education in Sub-Saharian Africa, and also considered the problems of recognition and fraud in education.
In the framework of the second day of the Forum, participants had an opportunity to learn about innovations in activities of quality assurance agencies on basis of examples from particular foreign agencies. The programme of the second day also included breakout sessions on discussion of the following topics:
1) Quality assurance and research
2) Fraud in higher education.
The Forum was attended by more than 91 delegates from 32 countries-participants of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
